Preset Menus - Mediterranean Diet

Tired of trying to decide what's for dinner? Not sure how to prepare healthy meals and snacks? Not quite ready to invest in 1-on-1 nutrition coaching? Then give our preset menus a try! Crafted by our in-house dietitian, our preset menus include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three snack options each day of the week for a month. Each menu comes with a shopping list, serving sizes, ingredients, prep directions, and notes. Our menus are designed to target as many women as possible and are based on an 1,800 calorie daily intake. Please note, there are five options: vegetarian, plant-based, dairy-free, Mediterranean, and omnivore. Please choose the menu plan that fits your preferred diet. If you try our preset menus and enjoy them and want more, or if you want nutrition advice catered more specifically to you, take advantage of our 1-on-1 Nutrition Initial Visit with our registered dietitian, Sara.
